  •  When will my order ship?
    Orders will ship 3 - 7 Business Days after processing. Orders are processed within 48 hours after they are received.

  • What if my order gets delayed?
    All orders are shipped within 3 -7 Business Days after order is processed and fulfilled. In the event that a delay occurs while your package is in transient, contact the delivery carrier and provide the tracking information for delivery status and updates. *Please note, delays in delivery could occur with Shipping Carriers, that are out of our control. Shipping Carriers sometimes experience delays due to severe weather, Holiday's, etc. ​
  • Are refunds accepted?
    No refunds once the order fulfilled. All sales are final.
  • Are there any situations that qualify for a return?
    Yes, returns are ONLY accepted in limited situations (i.e. hair is damaged). Returns will not be approved for situations that are outside of our control (i.e. mail carrier concerns/delays). Returns are subject to approval. Visit the Returns FAQs category for instructions to request a return.
  • What if I need to cancel my order?
    All sales are final. However, orders can be cancelled for a refund if the order is cancelled before it is confirmed and fulfilled or within 1 hour after order was placed. Contact customer support at support@beautifulbundlesbycierra.com for any additional questions.
  • How to cancel my order?
    Cancellation requests must be submitted to our customer service email at support@beautifulbundlesbycierra.com ​ Shipping and processing fees from third party agencies such as PayPal will not be refunded. Refund(s) will be issued for the cost of the product(s) ordered. ​
  • How do I request a return?
    Return requests must be submitted to our customer service email at support@beautifulbundlesbycierra.com within 1 day after the order is received. Customer service will respond within 24 hours to confirm the details of your request and determine if your request meets requirements for return. Please provide as much detail as possible to include pictures to avoid any delays. Returns are subject to approval and will ONLY be considered for certain situations.
  • What is the mailing address for returns?
    This is only if you've received confirmation from our customer support team that your return was approved. Otherwise, all sales are final. Approved returns should be mailed to: 607 Ronald Reagan Drive, Unit 905, Evans, GA 30809. Refunds will not be issued until the items are returned in the original packaging, unopened and bound. If tampered with in any way, a refund will not be issued.
  • How can I request an exchange?
    We are no longer accepting exchanges. All sales are final.

  • How long does it take for orders to process?
    Orders are processed within 48 hours after they are received.
  • How can I track my order?
    All orders can be tracked using the tracking number sent to the email address that was placed on file at the time of order.
  • When will I receive the tracking number for my order?
    Tracking numbers will be sent automatically to the email address used when placing your order. Tracking numbers are sent once the order is fulfilled and shipped.
  • How will my refund payment be issued?
    If your order qualifies for a refund and has been confirmed by our customer support team, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Please note, shipping costs and processing fees from third party agencies such as PayPal will not be refunded. Qualified refunds will be processed for the cost of the products only.
  • How to care for my Beautiful Bundles?
    Here are a few hair care tips: Use sulfate free shampoo and conditioners (Products containing sulfate are damaging to the hair and can cause the hair to be dry) ​ Use moisturizing and hydrating products ​ Use a shampoo with essential oils ​ Conditioning your hair is very important to keep your Beautiful Bundles soft and manageable. Deep conditioning your virgin hair is recommended at least once per month ​ Brush or comb your hair starting from the ends and work your way towards your scalp (starting from the ends eliminates pressure on the weft area to maintain the longevity of the extensions)
